These terms address purchases from Hainan Jinman Technology Co., Ltd., operating the Elvorial store at elvorial.com. Our website-use rules are stated separately in Terms of Use. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections.
Selecting and ordering garments
Read the description, measurements, materials, included items and applicable delivery information before ordering. Styling accessories are excluded unless listed as included. Photographic lighting and screens affect appearance, but an item must still match its material description.
You must have legal capacity or appropriate authorization to purchase and use the selected payment method. Check the delivery address and email carefully. Do not use false information or place fraudulent orders.
Order receipt and acceptance
An initial order-received email acknowledges submission; it does not by itself establish acceptance. Under these terms, acceptance occurs when we send the dispatch confirmation for the relevant items, unless applicable law establishes acceptance earlier.
If stock, a payment issue or a material listing error prevents fulfillment, we will notify you. We will not substitute a different garment or increase the price without agreement. Any payment due back is refunded promptly under applicable deadlines. Price changes do not retroactively change an accepted order.
Prices and payment
Prices and the transaction currency are displayed before payment. Taxes and shipping collected by us appear at checkout. Any separately payable import-cost arrangement must be disclosed before purchase. Promotions are governed by clearly stated eligibility conditions, not undisclosed restrictions added later.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout; no displayed payment logo is a guarantee that every method is available for every order. Payment and fraud checks may be performed proportionately. We never require passwords or full card details by email.
Fulfillment and delivery
The standard processing period is 1–3 business days, followed by estimated standard transit of 7–12 business days. Delivery details, charges and destination availability are explained in Shipping Policy. Any item-specific exception must be disclosed before you order.
If we cannot meet a promised dispatch time, we provide the notice, revised date and delay-consent or cancellation/refund options required by law. Delivery risk and responsibility are not transferred to you earlier than law permits merely because a carrier has the parcel.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Email service@elvorial.com promptly for cancellation or changes. We confirm whether a request can be fulfilled before dispatch. No cancellation fee applies when cancellation is confirmed. Statutory rights remain unaffected if dispatch cannot be stopped.
The voluntary return-request period is 30 calendar days from delivery; customers pay preference-based return postage, subject to advance disclosure of the destination and relevant costs. Faulty or incorrect goods receive the remedy required by law without additional cost where the issue is our responsibility. Read Return Policy for the full procedure and conditions.
Approved return refunds are initiated within 5 business days after receipt and inspection, subject to any earlier legal deadline, normally to the original payment method. Provider posting time is separate. No restocking fee applies.
Consumer remedies and responsibility
Reasonable inspection, clear instructions and proportionate evidence may be used to resolve an issue. We do not make an unboxing video, paid shipping insurance or original packaging an absolute condition for every legal remedy.
Nothing excludes responsibility for fraud or another liability that cannot legally be excluded. Product quality, description and remedy rights are not waived by using the website. No clause makes all carrier, customs or supplier failures automatically the customer’s responsibility.
Disputes and applicable law
Contact us first if an order problem arises so we can review it. This is not a mandatory barrier to a court, regulator or payment dispute process available to you.
To the extent a contractual choice of law is permitted, these terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China applicable to the operator’s Hainan registration, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections applicable in their place of residence. Disputes may be brought before courts with competent jurisdiction under applicable law; no exclusive foreign-court requirement overrides a consumer’s protected forum rights.
Changes apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively reduce rights under an existing order except where law requires or a valid agreement permits.
