Return Policy

Elvorial is operated by Hainan Jinman Technology Co., Ltd. This policy distinguishes voluntary fit/preference returns from remedies for faulty, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over a conflicting policy condition.

Fit and preference returns

Request a voluntary return within 30 calendar days after delivery by emailing service@elvorial.com. Once instructions are provided, dispatch the item within 14 calendar days, unless a different period is required by law.

For this voluntary policy, the garment should be unworn other than reasonably trying it on, unwashed, unaltered and free of customer-caused stains, odors or damage. Keep attached tags and original packaging where reasonably possible. We do not impose packaging conditions to defeat remedies that apply to faulty goods.

Starting a request

Provide the order number, the item, your reason and relevant information about any problem. Photographs can assist with a damage or incorrect-item enquiry; we will not demand evidence that is unreasonable or impossible to supply.

We provide the return destination and instructions for your order. Returns are sent to our designated return location in the United States. Please contact service@elvorial.com before sending an item back. We will provide the return address and instructions for your order.

The registered office is not automatically the returns warehouse. Do not send goods there unless specifically instructed. Routing instructions do not remove any statutory right to cancel or report a defect.

Who pays postage?

For a change of mind, size preference or ordering the wrong item yourself, you pay the return postage disclosed under this policy. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us. Where the issue is our responsibility, we provide an appropriate remedy and any required return arrangements at no additional cost to you. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, a remedy may be repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund.

Exceptions and exchanges

No item becomes nonreturnable simply because it is discounted. Any lawful exception for genuinely personalized goods or a specific hygiene-sensitive product must be clearly disclosed before purchase. Exceptions to voluntary returns do not automatically exclude fault-related remedies.

For a different size or color, contact us to check availability. We explain whether an exchange is possible or whether a return and new order are needed. An exchange is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Refunds

We explain the outcome after receiving and inspecting a return where inspection is necessary. We will not use inspection to postpone a legally required refund indefinitely.

Approved return refunds are initiated within 5 business days after receipt and inspection, or within any shorter mandatory deadline, to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed. A bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit. If it has not appeared after the provider’s stated posting period, contact us.

For a voluntary return, the refund covers the returned item’s amount actually paid; original delivery charges are refunded where required by law or expressly included in an offer. A remedy for our error includes the amounts and costs required by applicable law. Any permitted reduction for customer-caused loss in value will be explained with its basis; undisclosed fees are not applied.

Cancellations and statutory rights

Email promptly if you need to cancel before dispatch. If cancellation is confirmed, we do not charge a cancellation fee. Once a parcel is dispatched, return procedures may apply. Separate legal cancellation or defect rights are not limited to our voluntary 30-day window.
