Returns
If you have received the wrong items or if the items you received are defective, please email us at info@elvorial.com to discuss further.
If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
Requesting a Return
● Please download, print, and fill out the return form if you haven’t already. You can request the return form via the form below.
● Email your completed return form along with a photo of the items you’re returning to info@elvorial.com.
● Once approved, ensure your return is securely packaged and meets all the conditions listed below.
● Clearly mark 'Returns' on the outside of your package.
● Use a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
● Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@elvorial.com.

● All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging.
● We are not responsible for the return shipping costs.
● Ensure all returned items are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
● Make sure all return packages are sent using a trackable and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
● Ensure the return form is approved – without approval, your return may not be processed.

Step 1: Request the return form
Use the contact form below to request the return form. Include your order number, email address, and reason for the return.
Step 2: Ship your order
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address provided on the return form. Make sure your package includes a Track and Trace code.
As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we have received your package, we will ensure the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five working days.
