Have you found a Elvorial item you just have to have? Great!
Select your preferred color and/or size, then click ‘Add to Cart’. Of course, you can continue shopping — you can always return to your cart by clicking the ‘shopping bag icon’ in the top right corner.
Please note: Items in your cart are not reserved until you complete your order.

Done shopping? Time to complete your purchase. Click on the shopping bag icon in the top right to view your Elvorial items. In the next screen, you can adjust quantities if needed. Then click the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. You’ll be taken to the checkout page, where you can easily enter all your details on a single page.

Important: Once you complete your order, it can no longer be changed, as your order will be processed immediately to ensure the fastest delivery possible.


1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Elvorial covers all shipping costs — so you pay no shipping fees for delivery.*
* Return shipping costs are your own responsibility.

2. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, all orders are shipped with Track & Trace. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: It may take some time before tracking information becomes available.

3. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Elvorial aims for fast delivery. If you place your order on a business day before 3 PM, we strive to process it the same day.
Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, so the average delivery time is 6–15 business days.

4. WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY?

If your package can’t be delivered, it will be held for 7 days at a holding location.
You’ll receive a notification from the courier, including the pick-up location. After 7 days, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

5. WRONG ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, so there’s only a small window to correct an error. If you believe you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately.

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking link says your order was delivered, but you haven’t received it, please report this to us.
